About the show

What the National Show is, when and where it takes place, and who can come.

The National Show is the NAFAS flagship event, held every two years, showcasing the very best in floral design. The event features spectacular competitions by NAFAS members, inspiring demonstrations, hands-on workshops, expert speakers, and a wide range of trade exhibitors.

The Show takes place on Friday 9 July and Saturday 10 July 2027.

Yes. Everyone is welcome, whether you're a NAFAS member, florist, flower enthusiast or simply looking for an inspiring day out.

We welcome attendees to take photographs and videos during the event for personal use. However, please be mindful of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Please do not take close-up or identifiable images of anyone without their permission (or the permission of their parent, guardian, or carer where appropriate). If someone indicates they do not wish to be photographed, please respect their wishes immediately.

We also encourage you to enjoy the demonstrations and talks rather than taking photos or videos during the presentations being mindful that such activities may interfere with people on stage

No. The event is open to members and non-members, but there will be an opportunity to join NAFAS at the National Show or to book a time to visit your local club when you are inspired by the Show.

Tickets and booking

Buying tickets, what they cover, and what happens if your plans change.

Tickets may be purchased online through the official NAFAS microsite or via Ticket Tailor (opens in a new tab).

Yes, but there are limited tickets on the door and they are subject to availability.

No. The ticketing system at the door will be debit or credit cards only.

Yes, we have designated tickets for under 18’s and Students and they can be purchased here. Accompanied children under 16 are free of charge.

Yes accompanied children under 16 will be admitted free of charge (please bring ID).

We have group tickets for 8 that are sold at a discounted rate. All 8 will have to attend the venue at the same time.

No. All tickets are non-refundable, so please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing. Please see our terms and conditions.

No, but there are paid for workshops on Friday and Saturday, a Gala Demonstration (Friday) and preview evening (Thursday) for which tickets may also be purchased.

No. You must book a ticket for the Show to be able to attend the workshops.

Yes, if the carer is accompanying a fully paid ticket holder who requires assistance.

What's on

Talks, demonstrations, workshops and competitions across both days.

There will be a range of NAFAS Demonstrators and Speakers on the entertainment stage on both days of the Show. Entry to the theatre area during the show opening hours is at no additional cost subject to available seating.

There will be different demonstrations and presentations from NAFAS Demonstrators and Speakers each day. There is also a Gala Demonstration on Friday night (9the July 2027) at 7.30pm (a separate ticket is required - click here to purchase).

Yes, there will be two paid workshops each day, that will require advance booking. Click here to purchase a ticket for any workshop.

Yes. At the Show there will be opportunities for some hands-on experience with floral art for everyone, provided by our NAFAS Teachers. These cannot be booked in advance but will be available and signposted on the day.

To take part in the floral art competitions you must be an affiliated NAFAS member.

It will be available on the NAFAS National Show micro site in due course.

It is not permitted to film the demonstrations whilst they are in progress but there is always an opportunity to photograph the completed designs at the end of each demonstration.

Yes. . Completed designs during the daytime demonstrations will be on sale afterwards.

Planning your visit

Parking, food, trade stands and what to expect once you arrive.

There is free parking on site, close to the main entrance to the Show.

There will be food available to be purchased from the on-site caterers upstairs in the EPIC Centre and from a range of mobile catering outlets outside.

Yes, there will be a range of stalls both inside and out, offering a variety of floral art and gardening related items plus other gift items.

Yes as long as you keep your day ticket and show it to staff at the door you will be able to re-enter on the same day.

Yes. A printed Show programme will be available to purchase on the day and will include event information, exhibitor details, timetable and a site map.

Accessibility and support

Step-free access, assistance dogs, carers and the quiet hour.

Yes, all parts of the ground floor are accessible with a lift to the catering area upstairs in the EPIC Centre at the Lincolnshire Showground.

No. Wheelchairs and motorized buggies will not be available for hire at the Show

Yes. If you require any special arrangements or accessibility adjustments to help you enjoy your visit, please contact us at events@nafas.org.uk before the event. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Yes. Assistance dogs are welcome at the National Show.

For the welfare of your dog, assistance dogs must not be left unattended in vehicles in the car park under any circumstances. This policy will be strictly enforced to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all animals.

No, there isn’t a designated quiet hour at the show, but the first hour (9am to 10am) and last hour (4pm to 5pm) can be a little more quiet on the second day of the show (Saturday 10th).

Yes. If you're interested in joining NAFAS, visit the membership stand during the show. The team will be happy to provide information, answer your questions and help you register or find your local club and book in a visit to come see what is happening in your local area.
