Trade at the NAFAS National Show 2027 – Wide Horizons

We’re delighted to invite stallholders to join us at the NAFAS National Show 2027 – Wide Horizons, taking place at Lincolnshire Showground (LN2 2NA) from Thursday 8th to Saturday 10th July 2027.

The National Show brings together flower arrangers and enthusiasts from across the country for three days of inspiring floral art, demonstrations and shopping. We’re looking for a balanced mix of high-quality traders, from floral art mechanics and sundries, plants and flowers to art, homeware, gifts, jewellery and food.

Show opening times

Thursday 8th July: Preview Evening, 7pm to 9pm (ticketed event)
Friday 9th July: 9am to 5pm
Saturday 10th July: 9am to 5pm

Stallholders can load in from 9am to 4pm on Thursday, with access from 8am on Friday and Saturday. Load out is from 5.30pm on Saturday, once all visitors have left. Stallholders are required to attend all sessions, including the Preview Evening, and we ask every trader to offer a special promotion exclusively for Preview Evening shoppers.

Pitch options

Inside the venue – single stall including 2 tables: £200
Inside the venue – single stall (slightly larger) with 3 tables: £250
Inside the venue – double stall including 4 tables: £400
Outside stall – ground space only: £200
Food vendor – ground space only in the designated outdoor area: £200

Electricity can be supplied at an extra cost and must be requested when you apply. Outdoor pitches are on hard standing and don’t include power, cover, tables or chairs. All food stalls are located outside.

What you’ll need to apply

To apply, you’ll need public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000, a stall-specific risk assessment, and, where relevant, PAT certificates for any electrical equipment and a food hygiene certificate and local authority registration details for food traders.

Apply for a stall

All applications are reviewed by the NAFAS events team. If your application is approved, you’ll receive an in-principle confirmation email, and payment is then due within 7 days to secure your pitch. Please read our Terms & Conditions before applying, as submitting an application confirms you accept them.
